This part exists of two acrylic discs which stretch testicles to approx. 10 cm by rotation of the thread poles. The external diameter amounts to approx. 70 mm, to the inside diameters 40 mm and can be reduced to 25 mm. Therefore the testicles cannot slip out under tension.
